just the outfit i wore to school today...with shoes of course! not the greatest pictures, but its better than nothing.

iv been playing with this outfit for the past 2 weeks, and i just wasnt 100% satisfied... so i thought i would ask you guys about it. as i was doing the photos, i realized that i really did like it and i think im gonna wear it to school tomorrow! do you think i should add anything? take something away? leave a comment!

quite recently, (as in this past weekend), i had the tremendous pleasure of finding myself alone with my mom for almost 3 whole days. now, this may not seem very calendar-worthy, however it is rather historic for me because my brother is always around.

now what were we to do with those 2 and a half days? well, shopping of course!

saks, banana republic, ann taylor, victoria's secret, anthropologie, juicy couture, pacsun, sephora, j. crew, pottery barn, nordstrom, Love 21, charlotte russe, and my personal favorite, Forever 21, were all visited by my mother and i. sadly, i have no pictures to record these events, because i was having too much fun to worry about lighting and poses.

we also watched a few chick flicks - Valentino:The Last Emperor, Pride & Prejudice, and Coco Chanel, all of which i have fallen in love with and simultaneously make me wish that 1) i lived in Paris and spoke with a french accent and at crepes everyday 2) i lived worked with Valentino before he retired 3) i am an Elizabeth Bennett who finds her Mr. Darcy after much turmoil, British accents, tea, balls, and kissing in the rain.

anyways...clearly, with all the shopping we did i had to have gotten something good. well, chickadees, you are right. i got many things, all of which are certainly good, if not faaaaaabulous! :)
